Wine Food and Bike  

Wine Food & Bike is an association of environment-friendly cycle guides who organise bike and trekking excursions along the

routes of lower Piedmont and Liguria . The roads of olive oil and salt have always crossed the Langhe and the Monferrato to reach the sea.

A land of commerce and traffic and of fortunate combinations of products that characterise the local gastronomy. The guides of Wine

Food & Bike will accompany you along itineraries of natural beauty and historical interest, through the land of great wines, cheeses, wild

mushrooms and truffles. It is not sufficient to observe the countryside and consider it only in its "natural" aspect to understand this land, because behind the ordered hills and cultivated vineyards, behind the terraces and the woodland, there is the centuries’ old work of generations who have produced wines, grain, hazelnut, and cheese.

For this reason our excursions are accompanied by samples of typical products: filetto baciato, cured meats, focacce,

mushrooms, truffles, hazelnut cake, torrone, amaretti.

As you would expect, wine is the cherry on the cake of our bike and rambling trips.
